We ask the W questions (What, When, Where, Why) for looking at what the issue(s) may be.

Lay the groundwork

Secondly, after agreed upon to work with my client(s), we will meet with anyone who might be a part of the project and implementation phases of the plan that is built, learn about what all is needed from the consultant side, all goals to accomplish, present the plan and phases of implementing, meet individually with members involved and the entire team as a whole.

Feedback & Subsequent Iterations

Client input is paramount. We actively seek feedback on every step of the project as it begins and through every phase from start to finish facilitating an iterative process that hones in on the perfect balance between client vision and my knowledge & expertise. This collaborative approach ensures the final implementation phase surpasses expectations.

With a finalized timeline and project provided, we orchestrate the implementation of the project. Coordinating with management & executives, The firm oversees the execution of the project, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved proposal. This phase culminates in the realization of the envisioned end goal. Once completed, a final meeting will take place to obtain final feedback and approval on the project.
